Corruption Alert! India’s “Loocafes” are turning into money-making machines!

When the much-discussed "loocafes" first emerged two years ago, a lot of people thought they were the new-age avatars of the Swacch Bharat Mission's "CafĂ© with Free Toilet Concept." No one guessed at the time that this initiative from the Indian government would become an opportunity for a few to take advantage.

Abhishek Nath, the CEO of IXORA corporate services, has found these locations to be perfect for his selfish pursuits.

The loocafe is a new place to go! It has free washroom facilities for men, women, and people with disabilities. The loocafe is a neat and clean place to get ahead of winter weather.

The state was able to provide a space for mobile food vendors that ranges from 200-4000 square feet, depending on what's available, as well as location, and vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Simply put: the operator doesn't have to pay anything in return and simply has to provide public amenities to their customers.

It's possible to cover your operating costs by opening a convenience store instead of a catering company. You'll benefit from the markup on food, bakery, and general purpose items.

Aside from the part of the city that has been marked off for advertising solutions, there is still plenty of space.

By the time of this message, Abhisheknath and his team have thus far taken no action.

Abhishek Nath, the co-founder and CEO of ixora Corporate Services, has completely compromised the sole intention for these establishments by turning them into money-making machines. These loocafes are set up to provide free washrooms for men, women, and people with disabilities, but they're being rented out to random people in exchange for large sums of money.

Abhisehsknath and his team have also promised these people franchisees for every Loocafe with huge returns, or to build Loocafe structures, among other things. That's why we can conclude that Abhisheknath and his team are carrying out this daylight robbery right under the noses of so-called efficient government departments and officials.

Abhisheknath agreed to buy the loocafes from all of those people, even though he would not make any profit. As soon as he got their money in exchange for his promise that he would let them run the loocafes, he simply stopped keeping up his end of the agreement.

Abhisehknath and his team have made a fortune by duping people into thinking that loocafes are affiliated with them. However, given the lack of action on the part of governments or the authorities, they're intent on continuing their malice.

Loocafes are not very well-known by most people, but their popularity has increased exponentially in the last few months. A few social activists have expressed concerns about Abhisheknath and his associates because they believe Loocafes are not designed for wholesome purposes.

It's unlikely that we'll see a concrete solution to this problem anytime soon, due to the presidential administration not wanting to interfere. However, it is our responsibility as human beings to continue making our voices heard against the inhumane acts of these vultures.
